Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. Gift cards are excluded from returns.
Returned items are inspected before refunds are processed to ensure quality.
Please note: If you purchased Siya by Star Jewellery products from sources other than our official website or exclusive stores, their return policies will apply.
Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.
In cases where customers claim to have returned multiple items but some products are missing at pickup, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of missing items—including promotional gifts—from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued once returned products are received and inspected at our warehouse.
As soon as the product received in original condition the refund will get initiated in next 2-3 business days
