Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Free shipping is available on all orders over Rs. 599. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders and returns.
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your order anytime on our website homepage, using the “Track Your Order” section at the top left corner.
Gold jewellery items take about 48 hours to ship and will be included with other items if ordered together.

We offer a 7-day return window for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. Gift cards are excluded from returns.
Returned items are inspected before refunds are processed to ensure quality.
Please note: If you purchased Siya by Star Jewellery products from sources other than our official website or exclusive stores, their return policies will apply.
Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.
In cases where customers claim to have returned multiple items but some products are missing at pickup, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of missing items—including promotional gifts—from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued once returned products are received and inspected at our warehouse.

Replacements or exchanges are available under the same conditions as returns.
Replacement shipments will be processed only after the original returned product is delivered to our warehouse (especially for gold items).

Initiate your return via our website or by contacting customer support. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Please be available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. If unavailable or calls are missed, the pickup may be cancelled, and the return process must be restarted, affecting the timeline.
While most pin codes support forward and reverse shipping, some may only allow forward shipping. In such cases, you’ll be asked to return the product via alternate courier services like India Post. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs. 70.
If return shipping costs exceed Rs. 70, excess charges will be deducted from your refund.
For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must return the item themselves, and a Rs. 70 shipping reimbursement will be added to their refund.

If you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
We require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your claim.
Claims without sufficient evidence or showing visible tampering may be declined. All decisions rest with Siya by Star Jewellery.
